When you entrust us with a kitchen design project, the N Design Team is your team. We’ll work with you to meet your needs. We’ll put the time and energy necessary into each step of our process to ensure our documents are accurate and complete. And we’ll handle your clients with professionalism and care. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with your firm – by delivering very happy customers.

Measuring is your call.
You can provide us with measurements and we’ll use your data to develop a design and budget for your proposal. Then our team meets with your client once the contract is signed. But many contractors rely on us to visit their client’s home and handle the initial measurements. We precisely capture all the dimensions we need while looking for challenges that we can turn into opportunities. We want to maximize storage and
enhance workflow.

Design development.
Now we craft a workable design based on the information we gathered. We’ll incorporate as much of your client’s wish list as possible. Our package includes sketches to help them visualize their new space. These are emailed to both you and your customer so decisions can be made quickly on how to move forward.

Client approval process.
We meet with your client in our Selection Center to review the project in detail and find ways to get the most out of their dollars. Our goal is a revised design that meets both their functional requirements and their budget. We structure our final approval package to help the client understand any changes. Each page shows a detailed design drawing – down to the cabinet options and accessories – and requires the client’s initials for design approval.

Your detailed install package.
Once we have final design, we return to the job site to measure once again and coordinate with your installer. We then prepare a comprehensive installation package. Every item is listed in three places: the floor plan, elevations and item list. We want to ensure a delay-free installation process, but if a question should arise, our team will be on-call to assist you.
