My weekend baking is now pure pleasure thanks to one very deep drawer. Flour is heavy, especially when you buy it in bulk.  In my old kitchen, I stored it in big canisters and had to carry flour – by the cupful – clear across the room. Linda’s solution was a deep drawer to hold all my canisters. Now I don’t even turn around to reach the flour. I just open a drawer.
