I have been working with Linda at N Time Design for about 15 years. Five years ago, she brought in Alex Balenger to help run her business and what a bonus, not only for Linda, but for me and my crew! Alex is a kind, smart and dedicated to the customer. He puts a lot of thought into designing to fit the customer’s needs. He is very responsible and answers all questions from the customer and from my installers. I can call Alex anytime of day and he’ll answer the phone/email or text. If one of my employees run into a problem with any cabinet or construction part of the job, Alex will go out of his way to stop by the job site to help figure out a solution. Alex is a patient person and is wonderful to work with. I always look forward to working with Alex and the entire N Time Design team.
